I don’t care what anyone says, brilliance is sexy. Intelligence is sexy. Maturity is sexy. Having a mentally stimulating conversation is sexy. Having a great body is good, being fit is great, health is important. Charm is nice. But intelligence? Intelligence is absolute sultry.

Found this cute little vegan cafe through a co-worker of mine. It is SO good. I tried my first ever vegan sweets and man oh man am I going back there!
Clean eating does not mean healthy! 😆The healthy stuff is really good too. I think I have a new favorite place.
I’m tired of seeing “fat people can be healthy too!!” As if that’s a reason why we deserve love. We’re healthy! We deserve to be treated like a human being!
No.
My fat ass is unhealthy as fuck and I still deserve to be treated with the same level of decency as anyone else, healthy or otherwise. Wanna know why?
I’m still a fucking human being with thoughts and feelings.

Normal runs do feel good if you’re in shape. But a hard workout or a fast run, that will always hurt. I used to think that at one point a switch would flip, and I’d feel smooth and great on everything. Feel how Dibaba looks… effortless. I learned that if I was feeling that way in workouts, it probably meant I wasn’t trying hard enough. Improvement comes when it hurts. I’ve learned to chase after that feeling. Even if it can be a bit scary in the moment.
I have such a love hate relationship with Mondays. On one had I love them because it’s the beginning of a new week, like a fresh start. Then on the other hand they tend to stress me out and I become overwhelmed with reality. BUT I hit legs today and did one of @whitneyysimmons workout videos and man I’m feeling the burn🔥 so my Monday just got better!

a body literally doesn’t have to fit anyone’s aesthetic for its owner to be:
- fun to be around
- worth listening to
- allowed to wear whatever they fucking want
- allowed to be comfortable or confident
- the gender(s) they know they are
- desired sexually or romantically
- respected
- a goddamned delight
people exist for themselves; their bodies exist for them.
sometimes some bodies will fit your aesthetic but that’s not what they’re for and it’s nonsensical to have expectations about how anyone’s body (even yours!) should cater to your taste in visual art.
